Privacy & terms
Last updated: 2026. This page covers the Kimsa marketing site and the Kimsa engine's data posture.
Who we are
Kimsa (“we”, “us”) is operated by [legal entity], [address]. Contact: hello@kimsa.ai.
What the marketing site collects
If you submit the “Request a demo” form, we collect the details you provide (name, work email, organization, role, and your message) solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss licensing. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate site usage. We do not sell your information.
What the Kimsa engine collects
The Kimsa learning engine is designed to collect no personally identifiable information to function. A student's practice history and progress are stored on their device; optional cloud sync, if enabled by a licensee, stores only that progress data and is union-merged so it is never overwritten. Any account, login, or billing layer is added and controlled by the licensee who deploys the branded app, and that licensee is responsible for its own privacy practices.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage needed to remember your display-theme preference and, if enabled, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of the inquiry details you submitted by emailing us. Because the engine collects no personal data, there is generally nothing further to access or delete on that side.
Terms of use (summary)
The content on this site is provided for information about the Kimsa product. Use of the Kimsa engine is governed by the separate white-label license agreement between us and each licensee. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; commercial terms are set in that agreement.
Trademarks
SAT is a trademark of the College Board. SSAT is a trademark of the Secondary School Admission Test Board (SSATB). ISEE is a trademark of the Educational Records Bureau (ERB). Kimsa is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board, SSATB, or ERB. These names are used only descriptively, to indicate the exams the engine helps students practice for.
Kimsa is the Kichwa (Quechua) word for “three,” used with respect for its origin.
